Bonnie Blue was listed as a female Aussie mix, 10-weeks-old now, with a blue and white smooth coat. Her baby blue eyes are starting to turn teal green. We estimate her adult weight will be approximately 40-45 pounds. Bonnie Blue was turned in as a “stray” with her sister, though we're not sure how 3 week-old puppies could go wandering the streets of Bakersfield. Sadly, we lost her sister (Bonnie Bell) to Parvo.
Bonnie Blue is quite the busy-body that is so typical of herding breeds. She is a clean slate with no issues to overcome, plus she made it through Parvo. This little girl is a SURVIVOR!
Adopters must be committed to work with the destruction and energy associated with raising a puppy, along with housebreaking accidents. As with all puppies, socialization and puppy obedience classes are a must. This will ensure that you will have an outgoing, socialized, well-behaved, and well-adjusted adult dog in your family. Bonnie Blue’s adopters will be required to complete her series of puppy vaccinations, including rabies. In addition to her adoption fee, a refundable deposit is required to secure her sterilization in accordance with state law.
