Well hello there - I'm Gina, a 1-1/2 year-old female red and white smooth coated Hound/Lab mix. I'm real sweet and still have lots of puppy energy. My photos don't do me justice, because I don't like to sit still to be photographed and I am much better looking in person.
I'm socialized with other dogs and love people (I like nothing better than a tummy rub). I am rambunctious and will need a very active household to channel my energy. Because of my exuberance, I'm not well suited to be in a home with small children - I could knock them over.
I still need work on my leash training, but I do know basic obedience commands. I am fully crate trained and well on my way to being house trained. I also like to fetch and play ball. I also ride well in the car.
Gina's adopters must be committed to work with the destruction and energy associated with raising a young dog. As with all dogs, socialization and obedience classes are a must. This will ensure that you will have an outgoing, socialized, well behaved, and well adjusted dog in your family.
