Lily is an approximately 8 month-old female Border Collie x Aussie mix. Her predominantly white coat is rough (long) and very soft. Though she still has some growing to do, she is almost there. We estimate Lily's adult weight at 45 pounds. Isn't her eye patch just adorable? Typical for this age, Lily is full of life and joy. She would benefit from a puppy obedience course, which not only forges the bond between adopter and dog, but will help her to understand that her zest for life needs to be tempered with people. She walks on leash and enjoys riding along for the road trips. Testing on cats is pending. She enjoys water so much she will stand right under the hose to be cooled off in hot weather. So abiding, Lily has great potential to be a canine good citizen, and a therapy dog. She has not met a stranger she didn't like, and thinks all humans are here to love her. We agree. | | |
