Meet Shiloh. Shiloh is a 7 year old male BC/Husky mix. What a stunner he is with his one blue eye. Shiloh came to BCIN from a high kill shelter and was about to be euthanized when we became aware of him. Shiloh was an owner surrender to the shelter because of lifestyle changes of his owner.
Shiloh has been trained through Level 3 Obedience, however, we do not know with which establishment and the particular requirements. We do know that Shiloh also has some training in agility and Rally Obedience. He was also practicing for his Canine Good Citizen certificate, and was being trained for a service dog.
Shiloh's commands are sit, stay, down, come, paw, roll over, leave it, and wait (at door). He is leash trained but he sometimes can be reactive to them on leash. We are told that he is housebroken, is good with children, and is an inside/outside dog.
Shiloh is a highly adoptable dog. It is unbelievable that a dog with such training gets dumped in a shelter and is at risk of being euthanized. Shiloh would be perfect for a home that wants a mature dog with obedience.
