Meet Angie. Angie is a sweet pup about 7-8 months old. She was rescued from a high kill shelter. She gets along very well with her foster siblings and loves to play. She is learning basic obedience and how to walk on a leash and like a typical border collie is learning fast! She also gets along with her foster sibling cat although she can be a bit rough at times. Angie is house broken and knows how to use a doggy door. Angie loves everyone but can be a bit timid at first but quickly warms up to you and wants to sit in your lap. She is a wonderful, typical border collie that needs a lot of mental stimulation or else she can get bored. Therefore, she needs a knowledgeable border collie home that can provide this as well as physical activity. She will not be happy with a 45 minute walk around the block.
Please do not apply for Angie just because she is beautiful. Her foster home is looking for a particular type of home for her that knows what makes this breed tick. We are accepting applications on her at this time, which will be reviewed for suitability.
