April is an 18-month old black and white, spayed female, medium size, Border Collie/Kelpie mix. She has a very fun loving, happy-go-lucky attitude, and is a very friendly and outgoing girl. Her tail is always swinging, even in her crate as you can hear the thump, thump, thump of her tail.
This girl is built for big time "dog sport" play. Whether it be a game of fetch or catching a frisbee, with her toy drive, she can go non-stop for a good 20 minutes straight. She is an extreme athlete and not meant for the couch potato type. She would also make a great jogging/running mate. April knows all the basic obedience commands and even greets you with her paw for a "shake", especially for a treat. She is learning not to pull on a leash since she is so eager to find out what exciting thing is coming next. April is friendly with dogs, even small ones. However, she is very bothered by cats so it is best she is placed in a house without them. So if you are ready to play and stay fit, April is the dog that will bring you much joy and laughter. |
