BANDIT
Bandit 2
Bandit is a 2-year-old male Aussie mix with a black and white mottled semi-rough coat.  At 48 pounds, he's a bit overweight for his size.  Bandit's previous owner adopted him as a puppy.  When she added 2 Boxers to their household and Bandit tried to herd them, this poor boy ended up back at the Lake Isabella shelter.

Bandit is an upper level male.  He's not mean or prone to start a ruckus but he will stand up for himself when challenged.  He gets along with all dogs but he's a bit too enthusiastic with his Wrestle-Mania skills so we don't think a home with cats would be a good fit for Bandit.  We hear he's great with kids but he has not been officially tested in that arena.  He's ridden well in a crate and did't get car sick.  Bandit likes to jump up for attention.  A basic obedience class would be a great way to polish those manners.  This jovial boy deserves someone who appreciates how special and wonderful having a herding dog can be.

Bandit is now available for adoption appointments to approved applicants.
