Meet Hattie. Hattie is an 18 month old female Border Collie. She weighs about 38 lbs, and is black and white with a semi rough coat. We will be writing her bio next week, however this is what we currently know about Hattie. She is very sweet and calm with an even keel temperament. She gets along with other dogs and is looking to forge a bond with her person.
