Princess is a female red and white Sheltie mix (perhaps with Collie or BC) beauty. The shelter said she was 10 years old, but our vet thinks she is between 6-8 years old. Princess was an owner surrender to an LA shelter. Upon seeing her in the shelter, it was obvious that Princess had been neglected for some time and she was depressed. She had flea allergy dermatitis and tar or motor oil all stuck in her coat. Look at her now! Once she was groomed, she changed instantly and her personality just popped.
Princess is a very sweet and affectionate dog. She is on the submissive side, and gets along with her other foster siblings. This dog has plenty of get up and go and she really enjoys playing with the other dogs. Her activity level is medium. She loves tummy rubs and will instantly roll over for one. She is a talker and will greet you enthusiastically. Princess has nice manners. She knows her basic obedience commands, is leash trained, crate trained, and does appear to be housebroken. Princess is looking for her special home so that she can forge a close bond. She has many years left to be a loving and faithful companion. Princess would be a great addition to your family.
