Meet Riggins. Riggins is a male 4 year old smooth coated Border Collie. What a nice temperament this dog has. He just takes everything in stride. He attended his first adoption event last weekend, and even with the stimulus of everything going on around him, he was just so even keel. Riggins already adores his foster dad. He is looking for his special person to form a close bond with. Upon meeting him, he leans right into you for affection and some tummy rubs. He is one of those dogs that you can snuggle with up on the couch. Riggins has medium energy, and will require daily exercise. He does get nervous around children. Riggins is well socialized and gets along with other dogs. He has not been evaluated with cats, as his foster home does not have one. He has perfect house manners, and he is housebroken. If you are looking for BFF material, then Riggins is your dog.
