Meet Scout. Scout is a 3 year old male Border Collie. He is a black and white smooth coat with prick ears. Scout was returned to the shelter because a small child was banging a pot on the floor right next to him and he was reactive. He did not bite the child, however, because of this known incident, we will not place Scout in a home where there is small children.
Scout has very warm, soft,and inviting eyes. He adores people and definitely wants to forge a close bond with his person. He is a talker and a whiner when he wants attention. He has been around other dogs and he is fine with them. He also appears to know his basic obedience and walks well on a leash. He shows no leash reactivity with other dogs and has nice manners and polite in public.

In addition to the adoption application, applicants will be required to answer some additional questions pertaining to puppies which will be sent to you after the adoption application has been submitted.
