Skipper is a 3-year-old black & white purebred male Border Collie. He has fabulous traditional markings including a "cap" on his head. His coat is long and silky.
Skipper lost his home through no fault of his own. His owner developed Alzheimer's and was no longer able to care for him.
Skipper has medium energy level, loves to play in water, mostly squirted from the end of a hose. He also likes to play with balls. He appears to have been partially debarked, as his voice is quite raspy and quiet. This is a procedure BCIN does not advocate in any way. He has not been evaluated with children yet, but gets along well with all the fosters.
