Sprite is a 4 month old purebred Border Collie pup. A darling dark girl with a semi rough coat and pricked ears. She weighed in at 17 pounds the day of her spay and we suspect she will be on the smaller end of the weight spectrum for the breed. About 30-32 pounds when full grown.
Sprite is a clean slate, no baggage, no bad habits. She has been showing herself to be a mid range purebred pup. Not too busy, yet no couch potato.
Adopters must be committed to work with the destruction and energy associated with raising a puppy, along with housebreaking accidents. As with all puppies, socialization and puppy obedience classes are a must. This will ensure that you will have an outgoing, socialized, well behaved, and well adjusted adult dog in your family. In addition to our adoption application, an extensive puppy questionnaire is required to ensure we make the best possible placement for this puppy.
